the words that describe the evening I had at Parkers' comedy club, for the launch of
the #ENTERTAINER2018!!
You're probably thinking what is the #ENTERTAINER? Well, for those of you that know, you can skip this paragraph and dive right into my telling of the amazing evening I had! For those of you that don’t, I've got some good news for you:We're on the same page, I hadn't known about the app until I received the media invitation.
I'm about to break it down for you, so get ready to slap yourself in the face for not knowing about this 👀😕, So, basically, The Entertainer is an app that one who loves travelling, eating out, drinks etc can use to get discounts on a variety of things! This year their users saved a total of 800 million (if I'm not mistaken) which is a lot.
They are well known for their buy-one get-one-free deals!(this includes hotels 😱😱) So if you're really into food, drinks and anything that serves as entertainment (even Pedis' And manis' 💅💅 - this app caters for EVERYONE, even the youngins'), then this app is for you! Even more so if you're a sucker for discounts. 💃💃💃

Personally, I'm extremely thankful I got the invitation to the launch of the #ENTERTAINER2018 because there are a few trips I have planned for 2018! And… Guess what everyone who attended the launch received?? The 2018 Version of the #ENTERTAINER I'll definitely have social media posts about the app once I start using it.
Back to the evening. 🍸👯 It was so great I actually didn’t want to leave! Unfortunately, I had work the next day so I had to! The way they catered for the attendees of the event clearly shows how customer-orientated The Entertainer is and leaves me with a high expectation on the great deals I can get from the app!
THE SNACKS AND DRINKS 🍹🍟
There was a wide selection of alcohol (Heineken at almost every table), from beers, ciders to wines! The hard stuff (vodka) you had to fork out the cash for. There were gluten-free snacks (crisps) on the table which were extremely delicious and I completely ravaged my pack! I was about to move onto the food, but since I have an immense love for it, I've decided it deserves its own paragraph dedicated solely to it.
The food. Well cooked, well served and very much delicious! Just thinking about it now makes my tummy grumble! The burgers! You know there's nothing better than a burger with an enormous patty - well cooked, served with love and a smile on the servers face! A variety of pizzas for vegetarians and those of us that love our meat! Last but not least, potato wedges! Anyone that knows me, knows I have an obsession with potatoes in general. Mash potatoes, baked potatoes etc. So, really I went back for a second serving & my high-waisted jean couldn’t button up. 🐵🐵
COMEDY 😂😂
The comedy! I can't believe it but I've forgotten the British comedian who opened the show and introduced the other comedians. I'm really sorry, but when I do remember I'll update the post! He was soo funny! Everyone who performed for us on stage was amazing. The crowd laughed 🤣🤣24/7 and I'm pretty sure people left the event with sore muscles just like Nicola warned us we would!

An event isn't fully complete without cameras' and selfies! All we had to do was tweet with the hashtag: #ENTERTAINER2018 and tag The Entertainer on Instagram or in a tweet 🐦and viola, the photo was printed at the foto booth station! Permanent photographic memories of the great night we had. |
